This notice explains how Golden Ridge Exteriors uses information you provide through goldenridgeexteriors.com when requesting an estimate or communicating with us about a project, along with limited website analytics used to understand site activity and inquiry sources.
Information you may provide
Our estimate form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, requested service, preferred contact method, project timing, project details, optional project photos, and optional information about how you heard about Golden Ridge Exteriors or who referred you.
Website referral and campaign information
When you submit an estimate request, the website may also include limited referral and campaign information with that request, such as the page where you entered the site, the referring website provided by your browser, and campaign tags included in the link you used (for example, source, medium, or campaign identifiers). We use this information to understand which marketing and referral sources are generating project inquiries and to improve how we serve prospective customers.
To preserve that entry-page context while you browse between pages, the site stores only those limited referral and campaign fields in session storage in the current browser tab. The attribution starts again after 30 minutes of inactivity or a new external referral or changed campaign. This session record does not contain the contact details, project description or photos entered in the estimate form. If session storage is unavailable, the form uses the current page information.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and how website activity relates to estimate inquiries. Google Analytics may collect information such as page and session activity, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, referrer data, and a pseudonymous browser identifier stored in a first-party cookie. When an estimate request is successfully submitted, our website also sends Google Analytics a limited lead event containing the requested service, preferred contact method and lead source. We do not send the customer's name, email address, phone number, project details or uploaded project photos in that custom analytics event. How we use it
We use submitted information to review your project request, contact you about the request, prepare for an estimate or site visit, coordinate project-related communication, maintain business records, understand lead and referral sources, and improve our customer-response process. Project photos are used to understand the property or work you are asking us to evaluate.
Email and text messages
Estimate requests are delivered internally to Golden Ridge Exteriors by email. If you choose Text message as your preferred contact method and affirmatively agree to the text-message consent shown on the form, we may send an automatic acknowledgment and project-related follow-up messages to the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate the website, understand website usage, and deliver communications, including website hosting, analytics, email-delivery and text-messaging providers. Those providers process information as needed to provide those services to Golden Ridge Exteriors.
Retention and security
We keep project and contact information for as long as reasonably useful for responding to requests, operating the business, maintaining project records or meeting legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may leave optional referral-source fields blank. You may choose phone call or email instead of text message on the estimate form. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us to ask about information you previously submitted through the website.
